Denny Blaine is a small residential Seattle neighborhood along the shores of Lake Washington. While the boundaries may vary depending on who you ask, it is commonly defined as follows: it is bound by E. Harrison and Lake Washington Boulevard on the north beyond which are the Washington Park and Madison Park neighborhoods, on the east by Lake Washington, on the south by Madrona Drive and E Denny Way beyond which are the Madrona and Leschi neighborhoods, and the west on 33rd Avenue beyond which is Madison Valley neighborhood.

Denny Blaine features several small parks including Denny Blaine Park which is approximately 2.5 acres, Denny Blaine Lake Park (ironically not on the lake), which is approximately 2,100 sq. ft., Viretta Park which is approximately 1.8 acres, Howell Park at 1.7 acres, and Stevens Triangle, around 3,000 sq. ft.
While the Denny Blaine neighborhood has easy access to restaurants and shops in Madison Park, Madrona, Leschi and beyond, there is no commercial real estate in the neighborhood.
Denny Blaine homes generally have views of Lake Washington including properties that are waterfront homes. That plus its central location which allows easy access to Downtown Seattle has made Denny Blaine real estate very sought after.
